The Storm King School is an independent coeducational boarding and day school. Established in 1867, it is one of New York's oldest and most reputable boarding schools. The Storm King School is a college preparatory school for students in grades 8 to post-graduate, with enrollment of 200 and 37 faculty living on or near campus. The School is nestled in the beautiful Hudson Valley about one hour north of New York City. SKS students nurture varied pursuits and talents, and benefit from the School’s strong academics, athletics, and visual and performing arts.
